About our Founder
Katie RayI’m an experienced event contractor who helps teams design and execute high-impact in-person and virtual events with precision. Over the past 5 years, I’ve supported conferences, executive experiences, tradeshows, and private events — acting as a trusted extension of internal teams.
I help teams deliver polished, memorable events without the cost or complexity of building a full internal events function.
Events aren’t “set it and forget it.” They require thoughtful planning, real-time problem solving, and disciplined execution.
